RETURN AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 7 working days  beginning on the day after you receive the goods in a new and unused condition. Please note that items that are not returned back within 7 working days are neither eligible for a refund or exchange. Tags should still be on garments. Please keep a record of proof posting. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 
Refund
A refund will be processed as soon as possible excluding post and packaging.
 
Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.
 
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order by email before the item (s) is dispatched. Email us at info@rdc-online.com
